Zachery has an MBA (Governor State University) and a B.S. in Economics from Morgan State University. In addition to his experience as a global deployment leader, he has functioned as a Master Black Belt, Black Belt and quality leader. His articles on business process management and statistical process control have been published in Quality Progress and Quality Digest. Zachery is an experienced curriculum developer, as well as an ISO9000 auditor and a certified quality engineer.

Zachery is a Viet Nam era Veteran, he was a Captain with the 498 Medevac unit tie to the 1st Cavalry division, and flew UH1 Helicopters.
